What to Expect
I am here to support you with personalized nutritional guidance. Together we will explore lifestyle and eating habits, work towards goals, and learn as we build sustainable behavior changes around food.
Our food journey timeline is completely up to you. Begin with a 40 minute consultation call/visit. We will work together during following sessions based on your needs and goals. I recommend a minimum of 2-3 sessions. This will allow time to make informed recommendations. Most people find more sessions overtime allow them the opportunity to learn nutrition basics and integrate them into your life.
Nutrition counseling should be a safe space and judgement free and that is exactly what you can expect when we work together.
Your first session is designed to help me understand your health, lifestyle, eating habits, and nutrition background. We will talk about your current health status, eating habits, and goals. This will help me develop and effective and personalized plan.
Since the initial consultation is for information gathering, nutrition recommendations and education would be primarily be in follow up sessions.
